Public International Law: Human Rights - International Economic and Environmental Law - International Criminal Law
Doctoral ProgrammeBuilding on its traditional strength in international and European law and to further international exchange in the study of law, the Faculty of Law of the University of Göttingen has established a doctoral programme entitled Public International Law: Human Rights – International Economic and Environmental Law – International Criminal Law to provide outstanding young graduates in international law with an opportunity to receive additional training along with writing their dissertation with the advice of the three supervisors, namely professors Kai Ambos, Andreas Paulus and Peter-Tobias Stoll. The three year programme includes classes in the different areas of international law as well as a variety of courses organized by the Göttingen Graduate School of Social Sciences. Since its start in fall 2018, the programme accepts candidates annually. The programme and the various options which cover a broad range of subjects are described on this webpage.
